The Challenge

How do you make a 30m² apartment feel like 45m²? By rethinking conventional layouts. This 1975 Exarcheia studio had the bedroom taking up prime living space while a cramped galley kitchen wasted potential. We saw an opportunity to flip the script entirely.

The Solution: One Continuous Wall

We created a single, continuous storage wall at the entrance that does everything: cleaner storage, laundry, mirrored closet, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and kitchen. Then we moved the bedroom from the living room into the old kitchen nook. The result? The living room became the largest space—because you sleep in your bed, but you live in your living room.
